Robert “T1mbo” Timbusz is a well known engineer in the league racing scene, Robert is known from his work with Hungary’s most promising sim racers and big esports and community teams. His passion for engineering started in the competitive scene of league racing, where he made a name for himself after helping upcoming Hungarian league racers. Amongst those who he has worked with in the past are Istvan Puki, Bence Szabó-Kónyi, and Kristóf Szelle, all of them have a solid contribution in the sim racing community.

One of his first milestones was with his own community team, where he played a key part in guiding six Hungarian drivers qualify for the prestigious F1 Esports Challengers series event. His expertise provided outstanding results, with Szelle finishing on the podium and Puki securing fifth place. This massive success increased Robert's reputation in sim racing and gave him a lot of opportunities on the next level.

T1mbo's sheer merit and dedication caught the attention of the Haas F1 Esports Team and R8G Esports, who signed him for the 2023/24 season. At Haas, he had the chance to work with top tier drivers like Alfie Butcher and Ulas Ozyildirim. His time at an Esports team of this caliber, helped him better his engineering and communication skills, while also gaining experience in F1 Esports.

As his career continued to progress, Robert took his talents to Alpine Sim Racing and the globally known G2 Esports. This big change grew his reach inside F1 sim racing, allowing him to work with an even larger range of drivers and rosters. Due to these experiences, Robert has proved his ability to help racers achieve great success on a consistent basis.

One of Timbusz’s proudest accomplishments is being one of the very few engineers to have had the pleasure of winning races in all major competitions. His engineering ability led to numerous victories in PSGL F1, WOR T1, E-Series, F1 Esports Challengers PC, and most importantly, F1 Esports. These victories showcase his hard work, perseverance, and great understanding of the F1 game.
