UI Improvements

• Transparency slider. Adjust overlay transparency with a dedicated slider.
• Configurable sector timing precision. Choose between .x, .xx, or .xxx for sector timing.
• Position change fade. Positions gained/lost now fade out instead of disappearing instantly.
• Persistent sector colors. Sector colors now respect your configured hold duration rather than vanishing immediately.
