Highlights

  • Performance improvements. Improved overlay performance across the board, especially when running multiple overlays at once or using higher send rates.
  • Loading screen. Added a loading screen when starting the app.
  • Driver Info overlay. Added a new Driver Information overlay showing the driver name, team, and driver number.

New Overlays & Features

  • Driver Info overlay. Added a new overlay for driver name, team, and driver number.
  • Gap Ahead / Behind overlay. Added a new overlay that shows the gap to the car ahead and behind.
  • Commentator overlay. Added a Commentator overlay to show commentator names.
  • Tijs Halo Style. Added a Tijs Halo Overlay variant with a single band instead of 3 panels.
  • Backward leaderboard cycling. Added an option to cycle backwards in the leaderboard instead of only forwards.
  • Grid editing in lobby. You can now edit the grid while in a lobby instead of only during a session.
  • Pit total time option. Added an option to show total time in pits when the number of drivers in the pits is below the limit.
  • Full Name leaderboard name format. Added an option to display either full names or only last names.

UI Improvements

  • Release Notes layout. Improved the Release Notes padding and spacing for better readability.
  • Loading experience. Added a loading screen on app startup.
  • Multi Sector animations. Improved Multi Sector overlay animations to feel smoother and more fluid.

Fixes & Performance

  • Major performance improvements. Added telemetry caching, reduced unnecessary work, improved Halo rendering, and optimized Input Overlay rendering for better overall performance.
  • Live Speed overlay update issue. Fixed an issue where the Live Speed overlay could stop updating in certain situations.
  • Live Speed overlay scaling. Fixed inconsistent scaling when displaying longer driver names.
  • Sector overlay no-lap behavior. Fixed current car sector colors and behavior when no driver has set a lap yet, now aligned with Multi Sector.
  • Grid Editor import refresh. Fixed an issue where the Grid Editor UI would not update after importing overrides.
  • Hide all hotkey on Full Name leaderboard. Fixed the Full Name leaderboard not hiding when using the "hide all" hotkey.
  • Older F1 game driver display. Fixed an issue where drivers and info were shown incorrectly in older F1 games.
  • Race Director penalty reason toggles. Fixed an issue where not all penalty reasons could be enabled at the same time.
  • Tyre pressure placeholder formatting. Fixed inconsistent tyre pressure placeholder formatting between reset/unknown states and live updates.
  • Profile application issue. Fixed an issue where profiles would not fully apply correctly until enabling Edit Layout.
  • Oversized main window issue. Fixed an issue that the main window could get bigger on launch than the available screen size.
  • Discard behavior. The app now only shows discard when there actually is something to discard.
  • Track Map missing cars. Fixed an issue where the Track Map did not always show every car.
