Effect of a ban
If you were to commit a bannable offence, and if you get banned while you have products on your account you WILL lose access to it, and never gain access again (Unless reasonably unbanned). Stay safe by following the rules <3

Effect of a kick
Getting kicked means that you WILL lose your current roles and access to products, although you will be able to get access back and make use of our services in the future when rejoined. Kicks can happen without warning, although most of the times we want to warn you.

Be respectful
You must respect all users, regardless of your liking towards them. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Seriously disrespecting others WILL result in a ban without warning.

No Inappropriate Language
We don't mind swearing, although there's words that cross the line. Using words that go too far can result in a ban without warning.

No pornographic/NSFW material
This is a community server and not meant to share this kind of material. This is pretty obvious, this will get you banned in an instant.

Advertisements
Promoting yourself is allowed in #│self-promo. If you do it anywhere else, your message will simply be deleted. Doing it in different channels is only allowed if permission is granted by a staff member. Doing it wrong multiple times will result in a ban.

No offensive names and profile pictures
You will be asked to change your name or picture if the staff deems them inappropriate. If you don't, you will simply be banned since you are not welcome that way.

Server Raiding
Raiding or mentions of raiding are not allowed. This too can result in a ban without warning.

Direct & Indirect Threats
Threats to other users of DDoS, Death, DoX, abuse, and other malicious threats are absolutely prohibited and disallowed. This WILL result in an immediate ban.

Racism
Racism will result in an immediate ban.

Sharing of setups
It is strictly forbidden to share Simracing Centre setups and race preparations to people that don't have access. Doing this will result in an immediate ban and legal action. The only place to share information about setups or race preparations in the dedicated support channels.

No pointless staff DM's or pings
Please think twice when sending a DM to a staff member that is not customer service. Some matters can be handled by our customer service. Please also refrain from pointlessly DM'ing or pinging staff members. **We ARE happy to help you when needed but don't pointlessly ping or fill our DM's (The DM's happen more than you think), thanks :)

The Admins and Mods will Mute/Kick/Ban per discretion.
If you feel mistreated, please DM Jorrit Jan van Geffen or any other administrator and we will resolve the issue. Your presence in this server implies accepting these rules, including all further changes.

SUMMARY
Treat others like you want to be treated, and just be normal and all will be fine. The moderator team is super calm and nice, although don't take advantage of how nice people are!
